How to Use Cal and mag Fertilizer

Cal and mag fertilizer can be applied as basal before the planting of crops.
Cal and mag fertilizer can also be top dressed or side dressed. In side dressing of ca and lmag fertilizer, cal and mag granules should be buried in holes beside each plant.
Cal and mag fertilizer can also be passed to the root zone of plants through drip irrigation pipes, this process is called fertigation. Depending on the type of crop planted, 1-3 kg of cal and mag should be fertigated daily to one hectare of farmland of crops.
Cal and mag fertilizer can be applied through foliar means to plants. To do foliar application of cal and mag fertilizer 1-2 kg of cal and mag fertilizer should be mixed with 100 - 200 litres of water.
